Will the 5038 fit my wrist?

The 5038 uses an integrated stainless steel bracelet with removable links, so it can be sized down at any watch counter or with a link-removal tool. If you are between sizes, have a jeweller do it rather than forcing a pin.

Can I wear it in the shower or swimming?

No. 3 ATM covers rain, hand-washing and an accidental splash. Hot water, soap and pressure degrade the seals over time, so take the watch off before showering or swimming.

How long will it take to arrive?

Orders are processed within one business day. Delivery is typically 7-10 business days in the United States and 6-15 business days internationally, depending on customs. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

What does the warranty cover?

Every HeroForce watch carries a 12-month warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs or ordinary wear and tear.
