Heroforce (“Heroforce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates heroforcewatches.com (the “Site”) and offers products and related services through our online store.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the conditions that apply when you access our Site, place an order, purchase a product, or otherwise use our services.

By accessing the Site or purchasing from Heroforce, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your place of residence to place an order.

You may not use the Site, our products, or our services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not interfere with the operation or security of the Site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Site in a way that infringes the rights of others.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colors, prices, and other information accurately.

Actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and other factors.

Product availability may change. We may also correct genuine errors or inaccuracies on the Site where appropriate.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including your name, contact information, billing information, and shipping address.

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process your order.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, incorrect information, or suspected unauthorized commercial resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no alternative arrangement is agreed with you, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices are displayed on the Site and may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your purchase is generally the price displayed when you place the order, subject to correction of genuine errors where permitted by applicable law.

Payment transactions may be processed using third-party payment services provided through our e-commerce environment.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING

Heroforce currently accepts and ships orders within the United States only.

Standard shipping is free.

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on applicable holidays begin processing on the next business day.

After processing and dispatch, estimated standard delivery is 7–10 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, unusually high shipping volumes, address problems, logistical interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Tracking information is available when generated for the applicable shipment.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has started or the parcel has been dispatched.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, refusal, or failure to claim the shipment, additional shipping costs may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible standard returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect because of our error, Heroforce will cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide an appropriate prepaid return method where available.

After an eligible return reaches the designated return location, inspection may take up to 7 business days.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

SECTION 8 — EXCHANGES

Eligible exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

Customers must contact us before returning a product for exchange.

Exchange eligibility, product-condition requirements, availability, and responsibility for return shipping are explained in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

SECTION 9 — 12-MONTH PRODUCT WARRANTY

Heroforce provides a 12-month product warranty beginning on the delivery date.

The warranty is separate from the standard 30-day return period.

If a product develops a suspected defect during the warranty period, contact our customer-support team with your order information and a description of the issue.

We may reasonably request photographs, video, or other information to help evaluate the claim.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, improper care, or ordinary wear and tear.

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable rights.

Nothing in this warranty limits non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

SECTION 10 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its original content, branding, graphics, text, designs, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site for personal and lawful shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, exploit, or commercially use protected Site content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Site may use services provided by third parties or contain links to independently operated websites.

Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for independent third-party content or practices outside our control.

If you voluntarily submit a review, suggestion, feedback, or similar content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it.

We may take reasonable measures to protect customers and our business against fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment activity, abuse, or other unlawful conduct.

If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us promptly so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer's right to contact their bank, payment provider, consumer-protection authority, or another appropriate body.

SECTION 17 — SHIPPING, RETURNS, PAYMENTS AND PRIVACY

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Heroforce in Delaware, United States, subject to mandatory customer rights or protections that may apply and cannot lawfully be waived.

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law or separated from the remaining Terms where appropriate.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 20 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be made available through the Site.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
