Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will assist you in returning or exchanging it.

Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) is required.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Used or damaged items.
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Returns based on change of mind, dislike of the product, or similar non-issue reasons.

Return / Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us within 7 days at support@heroforce.com providing your order number, proof of purchase, and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and not eligible for a refund.
  2. If approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. After inspection, we will issue either a refund (excluding original shipping costs) or an exchange item of equal value, depending on availability.
  4. Items failing inspection due to use, damage, or missing components will not be accepted.

Return Method

By Mail - Return label is the customer's responsibility.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@heroforce.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at support@heroforce.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
