If your watch develops a suspected defect during the warranty period, contact our support team. We will evaluate the issue and, when a valid warranty claim is confirmed, provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable rights.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper care, or ordinary wear and tear.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
What warranty do you offer?
Every HeroForce watch includes a 12-month product warranty beginning on the delivery date, separate from the standard 30-day return window. If a product develops a suspected defect during the warranty period, contact us at support@heroforcewatches.com with your order information and a description of the problem. We may reasonably request photographs, video, or other information to help evaluate the claim. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper care, or ordinary wear and tear. When a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable rights.
What is your return policy?
You may return an eligible watch within 30 days of delivery. For a standard change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Contact us before sending anything back — we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you'd simply like a different model, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If we sent the wrong product or it arrived damaged or defective, Heroforce covers the return shipping.
