The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper care, or ordinary wear and tear.

What is your return policy?

You may return an eligible watch within 30 days of delivery. For a standard change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Contact us before sending anything back — we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
