The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper care, or ordinary wear and tear.

Every Heroforce watch includes a 12-month product warranty beginning on the delivery date, separate from the standard 30-day return window. We may reasonably request photographs, video, or other information to help evaluate the claim.
