Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. After processing and dispatch, estimated standard delivery is 7–10 business days within the United States, or 6–15 business days for international destinations, depending on the destination and customs procedures. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Every Heroforce watch includes a 12-month product warranty beginning on the delivery date, separate from the standard 30-day return window. If a product develops a suspected defect during the warranty period, contact us at support@heroforcewatches.com with your order information and a description of the problem. We may reasonably request photographs, video, or other information to help evaluate the claim. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper care, or ordinary wear and tear. When a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable rights.

You may return an eligible watch within 30 days of delivery. For a standard change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Contact us before sending anything back — we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Yes. Eligible exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before returning the product so we can provide the appropriate return instructions. For a standard change-of-mind exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong product or the item arrived damaged or defective and the claim is confirmed, Heroforce will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
