International customs duties and taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility. Tracking is provided when available.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back — we will provide the correct return instructions and return address. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, HeroForce covers return shipping. Every Heroforce watch includes a 12-month product warranty beginning on the delivery date.
If your watch develops a suspected defect during the warranty period, contact our support team. We will evaluate the issue and, when a valid warranty claim is confirmed, provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable rights.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper care, or ordinary wear and tear.

How long will it take for my Heroforce watch to arrive?
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, which is already included in the delivery estimate. Estimated total delivery, counted from the order date, is 7–11 business days within the United States, or 6–16 business days for international destinations, depending on the destination and customs procedures. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
What warranty do you offer?
Every HeroForce watch includes a 12-month product warranty beginning on the delivery date, separate from the standard 30-day return window. If a product develops a suspected defect during the warranty period, contact us at support@heroforcewatches.com with your order information and a description of the problem. We may reasonably request photographs, video, or other information to help evaluate the claim. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper care, or ordinary wear and tear. When a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable rights.
What is your return policy?
You may return an eligible watch within 30 days of delivery. For a standard change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Contact us before sending anything back — we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you'd simply like a different model, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If we sent the wrong product or it arrived damaged or defective, Heroforce covers the return shipping.
